Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your products, we would be happy to arrange for a 100% refund. Please send us an email at sales@kindersoaps.com with the subject "Please Refund - [Order Number]" and we will get you sorted as soon as possible.

We are normally able to process refunds anywhere between 24 hours and 5 working days, depending on the payment method.

We would also greatly appreciate it if you could include a brief explanation why you weren't happy with your purchases, so that we can work on improving ourselves and our products. Thanks in advance!
